HIIT is wonderful for Fat Burning all Day!
I absolutely love HIIT from Turbo Fire! I burn fat all day so this is really effective. HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training. You do a minute, more or less, of higher intensity, pushing as hard as you can and then recover for a minute or so. This will really help push your weight loss. For those of us, women over 40 desiring weight loss, I hope you take my advice, because I am over 40 and getting results from Turbo Fire.
I usually do my exercise at home first thing in the morning but some mornings I need a little boost. So I use the endurance formula and wow! It really helps! Plus, again, helps fat burning and weight loss all day!
